Role: Project Communications Specialist, Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: Only FTE Responsibilities: Ensure informative project communications are crafted and distributed to project partners, including PMO, Steering Committee, IT Business Partners, business leads, and project team members. Compile a brief strategy document touching on key elements of project communications, as well as a communications plan outlining communications objectives and future actions. Facilitate stakeholder analysis to determine appropriate communication and engagement methods Develop communication plan elements directly or by building partnerships with business users and leaders Assist team members with customizing communications for their audience-specific needs Coordinate logistics and scheduling with project management team and line of business owners. Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative and operational activities. Qualifications: You have at least 3 years of experience working in information technology or a related field. You should be broadly skills in information and communications technology. Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker. Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
