Workswith Corporate Compliance Privacy Office subject matter experts, legal, andbusiness unit controls and governance teams to coordinate and monitor enterprisealignment to Privacy Office policies and regulatory requirements.

Manages PrivacyOffice governance schedules and complex approval requirements, and controlsworkflow and timelines.

Assists the Privacy Officer and other Privacy Office teammembers in the coordination, execution, and analysis of core Privacy Programresponsibilities.

Plans,manages and conducts projects related to the development and improvement of PrivacyOffice processes and reporting. Manages delivery by others, and executes owndeliverables for projects in assigned areas.

Assists with coordination and monitoring of implementationof new or amended regulatory developments and coordinates integration ofresulting new requirements into governance and policies.

Develops,executes and seeks opportunities to improve process efficiencies for PrivacyOffice workflow.

Overseesthe maintenance of databases and spreadsheets through data entry and fileuploads, and performs verifications for completeness and accuracy.

Coordinatesand supports the Privacy Office in regulatory examinations and internal audits.

Cross-trainsand provides backup to critical functions of Privacy Office teammates.

Extracts,filters and aggregates data; may use logical queries and basic programming.Constructs and produces data metrics, statistics and analyses.

Performsother duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in BusinessAdministration or equivalent combination of training or experience. - Required

Requires advanced knowledge of job area typicallyobtained through advanced education combined with experience. May havepractical knowledge of project management.

Requires 7 yearsminimum prior relevant experience.

Experience managing and controlling complexinter-departmental workflow to produce deliverables within required and qualitystandards.

Internal audit, compliance,or risk management process improvement, project management and or/bankingbackground desirable.

OtherRequired Skills

Excellent written and verbal communicationand inter-personal skills.

A reliable team player who enjoysworking collaboratively with others – both on the Privacy Office team and acrossthe organization.

Strong analytical, problem solving,and critical thinking skills with attention to detail, quality, and timelines.

Highly organized, flexible andadaptable, and able to manage multiple activities and shifting priorities in afast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge and experienceworking with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Word.
