- The candidates will be asked to coordinate a variety of procurement operations tasks and work on projects simultaneously.
- The position provides various supply chain operational support across Technical Center.
- Opportunities to interact with business unit customers and SCM managers, suppliers, and other functional groups like Finance and IT.
- Process Harmonization: standardize and improve procurement processes across functions and platforms in the CTC organization.
- Primary contact for procurement operation issues, root cause analysis and process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with business unit partners, SCM managers, suppliers, and other functional groups in Finance, IT and different support teams in the GSS organization.
- Provide overall support across CTC with system access needs, profile updates and overall inquiries.
- Support procurement processes training and tool res as needed.
- Support optimization for Contingent Labor program.
- Support CTC e-Sourcing analytical activities.
- 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, or any business course.
- Demonstrate excellent planning, business, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must have relevant experience in Buyer Process or Procurement or Supply Chain function.
- Must be open to learn and explore a variety of Procurement/Supply Chain business areas.
- Knowledge in Procurement process, Category Management, Contracting, e-Sourcing, contract administration, and eProcurement would be an advantage.
