We have an immediate opening for a VMWare Administrator in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience with administration of VMWare (VMware 5.X.6.X Infrastructure). Must possess experience in Administration of ESXI Hosts, managing vCenter and vSphere, working on Server platforms like Dell Power Edge Blades (DL/BL), Cisco UCS Blade. Must have hands-on experience in VCF, VMware vRealize Suite (vRA and vRO), vROPS, vXRails(HCI). Must have ability to handle and prioritize workloads migrations on both P2V/V2V (vMotion) using VMware Converter & RV tools. Knowledge and experience on NSX-T; LogInSight and knowledge on RP4VM and SRM concepts is required. The candidate will be responsible for consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and makes recommendations. Will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. Will also be able to support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
