The Applications Technology and Innovations is a team of 450 highly skilled people who together build and support innovative technology solutions for the Corporate back office users and Staffing Temps and Clients. Our client is seeking a Workday Competency Center Shared Services Business Systems Analyst for our global Financials, HR, and Payroll solutions. The primary responsibilities focus on Workday user security administration with requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment for global and cross-functional projects, enhancements, and user support. -Hands-on configuration for Workday user security, tenant management and authentication policies for Workday HR, Payroll and Financials-Gather requirements across Business and Business systems teams globally to analyze and recommend options-Create functional and technical specifications as needed-Create test strategies/plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execute testing with quality -Troubleshoot complex user and application issues while providing the best-in-class customer service-Develop partnerships with the business and our cross-team partners-Focus on the user and employee experience-Partner with other team members and mentor more junior analysts as needed-Drive projects from scoping to implementation-Stay up to date on Workday including new functionality and how we can evolve and further leverage the platform-Lead the audit and SOX compliance processes as needed Requirements -Experience with Workday user security, including hands-on configuration preferred but not required (willing to train)-3+ years of business application experience within an enterprise level environment preferred but not required-Prior application support and implementation experience highly desired-Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance domains preferred but not required-Knowledge of Workday security, custom reporting, and calculated fields preferred but not required-Prior experience with enterprise tools such as JIRA, Service Now, qTest, Smartsheets, etc., highly desired Understanding of the technical architecture of the businesses applications, platforms, interfaces, and data structure-Ability to create very complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow-Must be able to work independently in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment-Must have strong analytical, organization, communication and documentation skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
