Our client, a premiere management consulting firm, is seeking an immediate need for an Analytics Manager III to join their team. In this role, you will support the Digital Content Manager in building a robust, high impact marcoms analytics program that helps drive increased audience engagement with marcoms digital content. You will utilize various reporting tools to measure digital experiences across our marketing communications properties on the firm's public website. Analyzing the trends you uncover, you will provide insights and suggest actions to help the marcoms team and key stakeholders better understand web and mobile audience needs and behaviors, validate strategic and tactical decisions and suggest ways to further optimize approaches. This is a contract, remote position.
What You Will Do:- Delivering reports to support team efforts, such as the quarterly newsletter and metrics “snapshots” for team meetings
- Creating dashboards and visualizations that assess audience interactions with site sections using tools such as:
- Adobe analytics
- Tableau dashboards
- Other internal and external sources
- Reviewing data to find actionable insights that will help to optimize the communication of its offerings and deepen engagement with audiences
- Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ways to action on findings
- Drafting reports that inform and validate strategic and tactical decisions and suggesting ways to further optimize approaches
- 5-7 years of experience in a digital analytics role with a track record of success using Adobe Analytics, visualization tools, SEO tools and other resources to effectively turn data into insights and action
- Experience working in corporate, preferably professional services, remote and in person settings
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint and team tools including Box, Slack, Zoom, Trello and Miro
- The ability to work across time zones as needed
