We are seeking an immediate need for a Data Engineer to join an industry leader in recycling and non-hazardous waste. This is a direct hire, remote capable position. The Data Engineer is a hands-on technical role focused on full stack software development within the Enterprise Data organization. The Data Engineer provides development and production support in the AWS environment.
What You Will Do:- Builds data pipelines using Python and Java
- Develops integrations on AWS services like Lambda, Glue, EMR, S3, IAM, Kinesis.
- Analyzes, extracts, and loads data on RDBMS, NoSQL, and big data platforms.
- Conducts advanced analytics using speech, audio, and video data.
- Works closely with Agile team in developing all aspects of full-stack software within the AWS environment.
- Works on development and production support.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
- 1 year experience with working content or knowledge management systems, search engines, relational databases, NoSQL databases, ETL tools, geospatial systems, or semantic technology.
- 1year experience with analytics tools like SAS, R, Python, and other advanced statistical software.
- 1year experience of Web development with Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Experience integrating Business Intelligence applications like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Experience using speech, audio, and video data.
- Experience with Informatica Cloud is a plus.
