Help Desk Analyst

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Help Desk Analyst to join a financial service company in Santa Ana, CA for a remote 6+ months contract. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and 2-4 years of experience in an IT help desk role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customer inbound requests through phone, email, and chat
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant environments (software and hardware) and support policies to provide accurate solutions to customers
  • Provide proper user administration and application support for supported applications
  • Escalate user rights issue and employee setup issues to application administrators
  • Must be flexible with work hours depending on volume. Available to do occasional after-hours support – weeknights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience working as a help desk/service desk support
  • Solid communication, problem solving skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to use Service Desk standards and follow guidelines, as well as help other interpret policy
