Humility This role is for the Project Manager who thrives and is experienced with driving meetings, scheduling and running phone conference calls, collecting meeting minutes, building project plans, maintaining a requirements matrix. working with various stakeholders. They will be using tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and an online project management tool called Clarizen. This Project Manager will create project status dashboards.The successful candidate will work directly with various business owners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. - Create and maintain a requirements matrix working with different stakeholders
- Build project plans and see projects through to the finish line
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals by way of project status dashboards
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
- Enterprise level experience working in a Publicly Traded company a plus
- Recent SOX environment experience a plus
- 7-10 years of experience in project management
- ERP implementation experience a plus with a focus on integrating multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project software’s collaboration and time management tools
- Online project management tool experience would be a plus
- PMP Certification a plus
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Microsoft Project, Excel experience required
- Microsoft SQL and testing experience a plus
