We are seeking an immediate need for a IOS Mobile Developer to join a prestigious dental service company. This is a contract to hire, remote position. This individual will be responsible for developing software applications and native mobile applications used companywide. They will be leading efforts and working with development team members for delivery and to understand the product suite and make it mobile. This includes participating in technical design reviews, creating unit/regression/ and/or system tests for validation, documenting diagrams and high level architecture solutions, successful implementation of mobile and web applications, as well as post implementation improvements. The ideal candidate will be solutions oriented and have excellent communication skills to ensure that all work is aligned with the business needs and strategy.
What You Will Do:- Communicate clearly with others regarding project status and risks, and to ensure that work is aligned with the business unit strategy.
- Diagnose and fix code problems.
- Deliver code that meets requirements on schedule. Ensure that code is efficient, scalable, maintainable, extensible, robust and easy to understand.
- Optimize code to improve tool run time and memory capacity.
- Create unit, regression and/or system-level tests to thoroughly validate new features or changes.
- Communicate solution, design, high level architecture through documentation including diagrams.
- Must be willing to work with a team.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
- 3+ years IOS development experience
- Lead developer or primary contributor for at least one IOS app that is available through App Store
- Fluency in Swift
- Proficient with Swift UI
- Solid understanding of fundamentals of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Flutter, React, Android
- Experience working with API's, Web Services, Source Control tools
- Experience in writing, refactoring, debugging, and testing code (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience in debugging and testing iOS apps
