We have an immediate need for a Project Manager to join an innovative company that specializes in healthcare. This is acontract, 100% remote capable role. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful analysis, initiation, planning,execution, and closeout of projects and internal EPMO initiatives, as assigned by the Associate Director, EPMO or theirdesignee. This is a hands on role that will require working on a wide variety of projects, initiatives, documents, andEPMO efforts.
What You Will Do:- Manage a variety of project and communicate with executive-level personnel
- Plan activities and projects that include scope, requirements, schedules, budgets and resource allocations
- Execute and closeout projects
- 7+ years of total post-collegiate relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of project management experience leading projects, including requesting / securing approval to start projects through project closeout
- Experience with all phases of project management, with demonstrated success across a variety of project types with a focus on clinical system implementations
- Proficiency of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including tools and techniques (e.g., project planning, risk/issue management, governance, cost/benefit analysis, project change controls)
- Ability to facilitate working sessions with large, cross-functional teams (business, clinical, technical)
