We are seeking an immediate need for a Senior Workday Finance and Security Analyst to join a global leader of the temperature-controlled logistics industry. This is a direct hire, 100% remote capable role. The Workday Security and Finance analyst is a techno-functional role requiring a deep understanding of Workday’s security framework as well as in-depth knowledge of Workday’s Finance modules. This individual will work under the guidance of a senior analyst and will be responsible for ongoing delivery and support of Workday’s Security and Finance configurations. The analyst will work in a team environment with the business and technology teams to provide quality technical and scalable solutions for the organization.
What You Will Do:- Provision access to Workday based on pre-defined access policies
- Create and maintain roles and security configurations in Workday per business requirements
- Troubleshoot and process user access requests in a timely manner per pre-defined access policies
- Understand and apply internal controls and standard practices related to Workday security and access provisioning
- Perform SOC compliance activities including maintenance of the controls, management testing and associated remediation activities
- Support internal and external audit requests associated to access management practices in Workday
- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality
- Support Finance modules both from a business process and reporting perspective
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Workday Security and Finance
- Workday certification is a nice to have
- Understanding Workday’s security framework is critical (security groups, roles, domain security, business process security polices etc.)
- Knowledge of integrations is a nice to have
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment where needs and priorities can change with tight deadlines
