- Lead a development team of 8 and work with QA, software architecture, release management, IT teams and PMO to deliver all roadmap/release commitments on time, on scope and with quality
- Responsible for oversight of the implementation of software products and creation of innovative solutions that utilizes the latest web-based and cloud technologies
- Engage with internal business sponsors and external customers
- Maintain and evolve development processes and standards for coding, unit testing, reviews, and release checklists
- 3+ years of experience in team management and 7+ years of experience in software development
- Experience leading development teams of 6 or more
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete SDLC process, concepts, principles, and practices
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile
- Experience designing SaaS applications with enterprise workflow and system integration components
- Experience deploying web applications in high-availability, clustered environment
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Technologies: .NET, .NET Core, WCF, Web API, IIS, REST, SOAP, JavaScript, XML/XSD/XSLT
- Experience with at least one RDBMS, preferable Oracle, and PL/SQL
- Experience with DevOps transformation, CI/CD, and test automation
