As a Product Manager on the customer facing technology team, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our customers interact with our client. You will help build a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, user researchers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver a frictionless experience for our customers when buying/selling a home. What you'll do- Translate business goals into a clear, detailed product strategy and roadmap.- Write meaningful user stories to ensure product squads understand and can execute on expectations.- Gather and manage product feedback by directly interfacing with users.- Work closely with design to establish product usability and engineering to ensure product feasibility.- Align and prioritize the product backlog and guide sprint work for squads.- Develop and track key metrics to measure success and/or identify areas for improvement.- Leverage data and analytics to guide leaders in the product organization with their decision making.- Lead cross-functional product development walk-throughs.

Skills: Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in Product Management - Product minded technical experience (computer science, engineering, development, etc)- Previous ownership of product roadmap deliverables and requirements- Experience writing user stories and prioritizing backlog- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, & designers- Successfully launched new products and features working closely with engineers and designers- Track record of critical thinking, problem solving and communicating evidence-based recommendations clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders- BA/BS. STEM Degrees preferred

Sr. Embedded Software Engineer

SUMMARYOur client is looking for an embedded software engineers to develop new software and maintain existing software targeting designed electronics for ORTEC, Solartron, Princeton Applied Research, Signal Recovery, and similar brands. At times, embedded software engineers may also develop software that targetsMicrosoft Windows PCs/servers. A Senior Embedded Software Engineer is expected to have advanced knowledge and experience designing and developing embedded software systems and have demonstrated technical leadership on multiple software development projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Works effectively in a cross-discipline engineering team- Designs and implements software that is extensible, maintainable, and testable- Provides technical leadership for modules or even entire projects as assigned- Authors and maintains technical requirement specifications, design, and similar documents as necessary- Participates in evaluating new technology and tools- Maintains existing software from answering questions to bug fixes to porting to new HW / OS- Supports products indirectly by working with other departments such as Product Support, Product Management, Manufacturing, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree (BS) from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering- Eight (8) years applicable experience- Proficiency with the following programming languages/technologies:- C# and C- Programming targeting Embedded Linux OS- Embedded-friendly databases such as SQL Lite- Software development of servers/services (OS-level drivers, OS services, web services, etc.)- Software development using multi-threading- Reading, configuring, and calibrating a variety of sensors- Communications over a variety of ports and protocols including USB, Ethernet, Wireless, etc.- Experience with configuration management such as SVN, Git, TFS, etc.

Beneficial Knowledge and Experience- Proficiency with many of the following programming languages/technologies/processes:- C, Javascript, LabView, MATLAB, Visual Basic, or Fortran languages- Programming targeting Android, Apple, Windows Mobile, or Windows OSes- Embedded web site development- Agile / Scrum software development lifecycle- Secure software development- Experience in nuclear instrumentation design and development- Experience in electrochemical instrumentation design and development
