We are looking for a new teammate to join our all-women team at Natura Culina in Santa Barbara! We are a small team of motivated women looking for a full-time babe to fill the position of Production Coordinator and support our goals within our fast-growing natural skincare company.
Here at Natura Culina we value quality and accountability. We are looking for someone who can commit to working 36 hours per week with the flexibility to work additional hours upon request- Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM and Wednesday 10AM-2PM. Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)
Production Department
-Product Knowledge – Develops a strong understanding of the line as a whole and each individual product
-Determines Priorities within the Production Department
-Determines manufacturing priorities and communicates them to the owner
-Assigns Production tasks for each Production Associate
-Fills Product- Working with delicate, natural ingredients
-Labels Product
-Inventory of product backstock and Supplies
-Oversees filling procedures and checks for consistency in the production department
-Quality Control – Monitors the quality of each product and addresses all inconsistencies in the quality of the products
-Provides respectful and timely feedback to the team
-Works closely with the owner and Operations Supervisor to maintain an optimized workflow
-Track, Process, and Record all incoming shipments of supplies.

Shipping Department
-Checks Orders for accuracy before they are shipped
-Prepares Orders for Shipment
-Packs Orders when requested
