Student Housing Property Manager

Owner of a student housing portfolio is looking for an energetic, EXPERIENCED Student Housing Property Manager to oversee the day to day management, and oversight of leasing and maintenance staff in Isla Vista. This will be a full-time position that will require someone living in the immediate area. The hours are M-F from 10am until 4pm. The compensation is hourly based with leasing bonuses.
