Assistant Project Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Support project managers in the execution of project plans and activities
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports
Qualifications:
- General understanding of common construction administration practices (willing to train the right candidate)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
