We’ve experienced explosive growth over the last few years and are building a world class team to sustain the growth for years to come. We need to add a Customer Service Specialist to our team to help ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with experience answering customer calls and emails, processing returns, reviewing 3PL inventory, and processing orders through our computer system. Other important attributes are a positive attitude, friendly disposition, reliability, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and quick learner.
Responsibilities:
Take orders over the phone
Reply to email inquiries
Process orders and returns in NetSuite system
Use Shopify, PayPal, Authorize.net for order corrections
Review 3PL system for order updates and inventory reconciliation
Reply to customer posts on Amazon and Social Media
Describe products and make upsells
Resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years’ Customer Service experience
Sales Experience a Plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Computer Literacy: 1- 2 year (Required)
