Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Team Member
Tileco Santa Barbara is looking for a qualified warehouse/sales associate. Must be a self motivated team member with a positive willing attitude who works well within a group. Ability to assist and problem solve tile needs with contractors and homeowners.
Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Team Member Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and log daily inbound shipments
- Expedite & accurately pick, pack and ship daily orders
- Maintain accurate records for shipping schedules, maintenance & inventory levels
- Follow through with vendor damage control issues
- Sales and customer service
- Handle customer challenges & issues in a positive attitude
- Operate Prophet 21 retail operation system
- Follow direction from Management and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Operate forklift following strict safety procedures
Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Team Member Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient with computer applications and have a willingness to learn programs necessary for
receiving and order fulfillment.
- Positive attitude and work well with associates and customer needs.
- Engage in physical activity. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Bilingual a plus
- Warehouse experience and Forklift certification a plus
- Valid CA drivers license and Clean DMV record
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize duties in fast paced environment
