We are seeking a qualified individual to help manage our travel excursion company in the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez area.
This will be a part-time independent contractor position with the amount of hours depending on the bookings/reservations placed by customers and the administrative work associated with the each respected location.
Job responsibilities will include: managing guest bookings, interviewing/hiring staff, recording timesheets, coordinating bike maintenance, managing logistics, scheduling and coordinating guest experiences.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have past experience driving/operating motorcycles and or three-wheeled vehicles.
Customer service and/or hospitality experience is a requirement
Previous management experience is highly desired but is not a requirement.
The incumbent must have reliable transportation, good WiFi connection, and the ability to learn a variety of computer software systems in order to perform the duties of this position.
