STEAM4Kidz, LLC (Art Explorers/Terrific Scientific) provides After School Enrichment Classes for ELEMENTARY AGE students (Kindergarten-6th grade) in local schools and our studio between the hours of 1:30-5:30pm. This is a part-time afternoon position: instructors teach up to 7 classes per week, M-F afternoons (1-2 classes per day). Must be able to teach a minimum of 3 afternoons per week between the hours of 1:30-5:30 pm. $62.50 per class taught. We provide paid training in our curriculum, and methodology.
Do you have experience with CODING, DIGITAL GAMES, LEGO or VEX ROBOTICS? Do you play games like Minecraft, Roblox, RPG or know block code like SCRATCH? Are you able to explain concepts in simple and easy terms? If you do AND have experience working with kids, we want to meet you!
MUST LIVE IN SANTA BARBARA area to be considered.
Required to be up to date with COVID vaccination & boosters; and show vaccination card.
Must have experience teaching children in group setting or classroom.

Applicant needs strong communication skills, sense of humor and positive attitude, be energetic, enthusiastic, patient, organized and have experience managing groups of children. Our classes are portable and taught weekly in local schools and our studio. Instructors take all lesson materials with them to teach classes. REQUIRES car, cell phone, and computer.
