Job Duties: Our Behavior Technicians are trained to provide and implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families, and monitor behavioral progress.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Official Transcripts
Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
