WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING an experienced ELECTRICAL ENGINEER for our SAN LUIS OBISPO office. San Luis Obispo is on the beautiful central coast of California, has scenic beaches, is surrounded by the wine country, and offers endless recreational opportunities.

INSTRUMENTATION & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PROJECTS INCLUDE: Instrumentation and Controls/SCADA Water Resources Transportation Recreational Facilities Solar Facilities Oil Field Applications Agriculture Food Processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE preparing plans, specifications, and estimates in connection with the design, construction, or maintenance of various engineering projects with emphasis on power distribution and motor controls. In this position, the Electrical Engineer will do business development and proposal preparation in coordination with other project managers. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college with a concentration in power preferred.

2 - 5 years of experience in power design.

EIT certification is a plus.

Must be knowledgeable in NEC (National Electrical Code).

Experience with SKM or ETAP electrical modeling and design software desired.

Must have low and medium voltage design experience.

Working knowledge in AutoCAD.
