Description:
Blois Construction, Inc. seeks a candidate capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability. Support Project Managers on multiple projects in all aspects of the underground pipeline construction process - from estimating the project to managing the project.
Position Expectations:
Prepare quantity takeoffs
Solicit material & subcontractor price quotes
Prepare & maintain Project Book
Prepare and log all material submittals & RFI's
Assist in Project correspondence
Document and prepare change orders and change order requests
Prepare and update Project schedule
Assist in monitoring job budget vs. actual variances
Interact directly with Project Superintendents in the field
Minimum Prerequisites:
Four (4) Civil Engineering or Construction Degree, Microsoft Office, project management and scheduling software application experience.
