Description Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a part-time remote CFO Advisory Consultant to support our highly acquisitive services client through a period of growth. This Consultant will report directly to the C-Suite and provide thoughtful guidance and execution on assessing the current-state of the accounting and reporting function and work to implement best practices to promote accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, assessing the cash management function and introducing process improvements and automation, developing standardized monthly reporting (financial and operational), building out a forecasting/budgeting process, developing KPI dashboards, upgrading the GL software to accommodate growth, and serving as the in-house expert for accounting research and compliance. The ideal CFO Advisory Consultant will bring a wealth of experience leading accounting teams through growth cycles and possess highly effective communication skills and strategic vision. Requirements: Experience in accounting leadership (general ledger & operational accounting)
Previous experience implementing general ledger software
Proven track-record of process improvements and operational efficiencies
Ability to develop and roll-out new reporting templates and processes
Team coaching and training
Strong communication (written & verbal)
CPA and/or public accounting experience highly preferred Requirements Process Automation, Financial Reporting, Monthly Reporting, System Conversion - Implementation, Continuous Process Improvement
