Bluewater Grill is looking for a AM/PM Lead line cook.
This candidate is someone who is interested in moving up into a sous chef position.
They have experience as a line cook (working each station in a high volume restaurant).
They have good communication skills and can work well with others in a team environment.
They have knowledge in prep, and fish cutting and work as a leader in the group.\
The hours are flexible with flexible days off and we can work with someone who has a second job
the hours would either be from 8 am - 3 pm or 3pm - close (11:30 ish)
This is a full time position.
