We are an established restaurant with over 10 years in downtown Santa Barbara. We seek potential candidates that want to be in the restaurant industry for the long haul and a passion for service.
We will train all incoming staff for extended periods in all FOH duties. The training will resume until the staff member is qualified to specialize in certain position.
There is no automatic placement regardless of outside experience. All candidates will need floor time and be able to prove their abilities prior to any critical roles. Any candidate with real experience shall excel in this process very quickly.
All our staff make great hourly pay compared to the local industry. Work is dependable and consistent. The culture here is strongly focused on teamwork. This includes a team of runners, expos, bar staff, bussers, hosts, servers that all work together and share the rewards together.
The following positions will need to be filled by a potential candidate that has passed the rigorous training and qualifications needed.

Basic Requirements
This is a job that requires a fixed and consistent schedule. We are very strict and do not allow shift trades or an inconsistent schedule.
Willingness to go through extensive training regardless of experience.
Excellent customer service skills and open to consistent improvement.
Team player
Self Motivated to keep busy and be a valuable asset
