Soul Cal Smokehouse serves California Soul Food or West Coast BBQ as we call it. We want to be known for the great care we take with our customers and employees alike.
Our products are top notch quality. We shop at the Farmers Market every Tuesday and Saturday and we procure high quality meats for our all of our BBQ.
We believe in bringing the community together through food, flavor and story.
The Position:
Were looking for Line Cooks.
The pay range were offering is Between $14 and $18 per hour depending on your experience.
Part to Full Time is Available + Catering Hours.
We offer flexible scheduling
We also offer tips and Tips have been adding $4 per hour to wages.
Requirements:
Be Punctual
Motivated
Follow Direction
Has Good Knife Skills
Understands Meat Temperatures
Basic Cooking Techniques
Responsibilities:
Preparation and Ticket Fulfillment for the Menu.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
The Location:Â
Soul Cal Smokehouse is Located inside the Santa Barbara Public Market. This is a very happening location with multiple food vendors and a beer garden. Its close to public transportation and is a great place to meet with friends so we are consistently busy. We are in need of consistency of staff.
