CrossHatch Winery now hiring a hospitality specialist for our stunning tasting room located in downtown Santa Ynez.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Conduct wine tastings, pour wine, and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Represent the winery at external events as needed.
- Train and educate seasonal staff.
- Assist in inventory management, shipping logistics, and event planning.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or wine sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of wines, vineyards, and AVAs preferred.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
