The Goleta Sanitary District is recruiting for the position of Wastewater Collection System Maintenance Technician I
Performs semiĀskilled work in construction, maintenance, and repair of sanitary sewer lines and pumping stations. Current possession of OR ability to obtain (within 18 months of employment) a California Water Environment Association (CWEA www.cwea.org/cert.shtml) Grade 1 Collection System Maintenance Certification; possession of CA DL & ability to obtain a Class B Driver's License within 2 months of employment. H.S. Graduate or equivalent. Must be physically able to perform heavy manual labor.
