Medication Aide

Full time and Part time positions available:We have a variety of shifts available!You will deliver medication to residents as directed, and keep documentation current regarding resident care. Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at SRG you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on Medication Aides to provide compassionate care.
Essential Duties:
Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
Document all medication management related information.
Notify LVN of any untoward medication response.
Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
Update records as necessary.
Qualifications: CNA certification or six (6) months experience as a caregiver.
First Aid/CPR certified.
