We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team who is compassionate, energetic and enjoys high level of patient interaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, administrative and organizational skills required.
Monday- Friday 7:30 am -4:30 pm
(1-2 Saturdays a month)
General Responsibilities include:
-Rooming patients and setting up procedures
-Responsible for the ongoing communication between the physician and the patient.
- Assisting the physician with medical procedures
-Maintain patient charting, testing and flow sheets
-Answering phones & scheduling appointments
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous fertility experience desired but not required.
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance a plus
- Ability to multitask, and work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Computer Skills - including Microsoft Office
- Phlebotomy Skills
