Route Service Representative (RSR)
As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a Mountain Spring Bottled Water truck (size of a UPS truck) over an established route to deliver 3 and 5-gallon bottles of water to both commercial and residential sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Drives truck to deliver & pick up bottles of water at commercial and residential sites.
Collects money from customers, makes a change, and records transactions.
Issues or obtains customer signatures for pickup or delivery.
Maintains customer's inventory levels.
Develops and maintains the customer's goodwill by providing assistance to the customer, demonstrating an
interest in the customer, and practicing courtesy towards the customer at all times.
Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints.
Maintains inventory and follows the company’s policies on inventory control.
Maintains a professional appearance in compliance with the company’s standards.
Cleans inside of the truck. Performs truck inspections before and after route.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work a 6-10-hour day
HIGHLY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE
Spanish speaking is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A current Class "C" valid driver’s license with a clean driving record- 1 point MAXIMUM/ DMV print out will be needed.
Ability to push/ pull and regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds

Good communication skills
