Were hiring a digital marketing specialist to join our integrated marketing agency. In this role you will actively establish and manage digital marketing campaigns for our clients and agency.

Responsibilities include:

- Create and deploy digital marketing strategies using modern marketing best practices

- Create, deploy, and optimize campaigns across social platforms for the agency and clients

- Build and engage audiences through creative content, organic posts, and targeted paid advertising

- Lead content marketing initiatives, including creating and managing blog content, articles, and other thought leadership pieces

- Develop reports for internal and external audiences on performance, suggestions on changes to strategy

Required qualifications

- Degree and background in marketing, PR, or related communications fields

- Experience establishing and managing campaigns across social media platforms

- Experience with social media management tools in a business setting, including scheduling and review

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated content creation experience, including crafting content for different audiences, adapting, and measuring performance

- Highly organized with clear communications and a strong attention to detail

- Experience creating results-oriented paid social campaigns and paid placements

- WordPress or similar blogging platform experience

- Experience using analytics to measure campaign and content performance

- Demonstrated knowledge of up-to-date digital marketing strategy and tactics

- Experience developing and managing content calendars

- Basic SEO knowledge

Desired qualifications

- Digital marketing certification

- Google certification(s) and advanced Google experience

- Inbound marketing certification and/or marketing automation experience

- Experience with HTML and/or Adobe Creative Suite products

We're a small but mighty integrated marketing agency that provides creative design, marketing, and technology solutions to organizations worldwide. We value open, honest communication and collaboration.

This is an in-house position. The position is currently 20 - 30 hours/week and could be full time for the right person. If you can produce content and want 40 hours/week, we can keep you busy.
