The Senior Media Buyer is responsible for the daily management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Paid Social + SEM). This role will assist in the development and execution of paid media strategy and effectively report campaign performance to key stakeholders. This position has a large “test and learn” component and requires the ability to conduct successful split tests, measure results and apply learnings to overall media strategy.

Duties:

Campaign Management & Ad Operations-

Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns according to best practices across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook & YouTube

Manage daily campaign performance and monitor KPIs to achieve campaign goals

Conduct in-depth keyword and/or audience research to find ideal targets to support goals of campaign briefs

Reporting & Analytics-

Monitor campaign spend in accordance to Paid Media budget and report out to financial stakeholders

Analyze campaign & conversion data utilizing Google Analytics, Ontraport CRM, performance dashboards and other tools

Analyze landing page performance to propose improvements and optimizations

Create monthly and quarterly performance reports and present to leadership

Collaboration:

Work directly with the content and design teams to develop high performing ad creative

Research new strategies, campaigns and opportunities for Paid Media team

Collaborate with consultants/agencies to optimize campaign performance

Provide feedback on landing page performance to SEO and Web Development Teams

Requirements:

3+ years experience with Paid Social or SEM advertising

3+ years working in SaaS or tech industry

Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced team

Ability to accurately present data to leadership and key stakeholders

Proven track record of delivering results including the ability to collaborate and respond to feedback

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.

Must have a high level of computer literacy. Role includes repetitive movement of hands and fingers for long periods of time – typing and/or writing.
