A great company in the Oxnard/Ventura area is looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer! Great work environment. Full time pay with benefits!
Duties:
1) Work closely with the E-Commerce Managers and Art Director to create all marketing assets
2) Design site merchandising assets and digital marketing assets including ads, social media banners, and emails.
3) Help concept, plan and execute photo shoots including product and lifestyle imagery for E-comm marketplace such as Amazon, Wish, Walmart.
4) Customize CMS (wordpress/shopify) themes to represent brand, improve user experience and conversion rate
5) Manage a project from start to finish and oversee final designs to ensure quality, accuracy, and expectations
6) Maintain a thorough understanding of the creative and technical process of Boss Audio
7) Design and help optimize landing pages
8) Devise and implement creative request & approval process and asset management system
Requirements
1) Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
2) 3-5 years agency, brand and/or publisher experience
3) Knowledge of key principles of design: layout, typography, color, balance, composition, & current design trends for young generations.
4) Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and able to generate creative solutions
5) Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite
6) Photo shoot management experience (photography and retouching experience a huge plus) Excellent organization and communication skills, ability to multitask
7) Openness to direction, mentoring, and learning
8) Basic HTML/CSS and Shopify experience a plus Online portfolio and design exercise are required for consideration for this position.
9) Portfolio must include samples of e-commerce sites, newsletters, typography, email blasts and digital ads.
