Alpha Floral is looking for a Lead Floral Designer with Partnership potential!
The ideal candidate will have both design talent and interest in a profit-sharing structure. There is tremendous growth potential in wedding and event design.
We are looking for someone long-term, who will add their talent, vision, and skill as a valued member of our small but mighty team!
Duties will include leading/directing daily and event production, creating recipes/ innovating new designs, cost control/ inventory management, and event sales.
