We are looking for:
Small Engine Repair Mechanic
Miner’s Ace Hardware is hiring a Small Engine Repair Mechanic to service and repair outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other 2-cycle/4-cycle machines. Stihl experience or certification is a plus.
Diagnosis and Repair:Evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment (such as chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers), and handheld electrical devices.
Customer Service:Writing customer contracts and invoices for rentals and repairs, and providing repair estimates and recommendations.
Maintenance:Performing preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and day-to-day operation and maintenance of the equipment in the tool rental fleet.
Inventory Management:Maintaining tool inventory and ensuring all units are repaired, tested, and cleaned before being returned to the rental fleet.
Safety and Compliance:Following all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean work area, and potentially operating equipment like forklifts (with proper training).

Pay Scale = $20.00 for Base Level. Levels 1-3 = $20.50 - $28.00. Levels are based on performance.
