Urban Optics Optometric Center, located in beautiful La Arcada Plaza in Santa Barbara is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist or Patient Care Coordinator.

You must absolutely love working with people and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic. We will train the necessary eye care skills if you already have the customer service experience or desire to make people think they are not at a doctors office, but at a guest at a 5 star hotel.
Responsibilities include greeting all incoming and outgoing patients, monitoring patient flow, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, processing insurance information, processing payments, and communicating with doctors, staff, and patients. Other duties may include helping patients select eyewear and other optician duties with time.
You must be willing to display a warm smile at all times, realize you will always be on stage for our patients and be 100% committed to providing legendary, eventful and memorable customer service.
