Warehouse + Retail assistant
A local distributor/retailer is looking for warehouse personnel. This job will be to pick orders, pack, ship, process shipments, assist and load customers, work with co-workers and help on-demand projects or needs of the warehouse floor. You will be responsible for having a well stocked and clean warehouse and lot area at all times. To be successful in this position you must possess the following skills and experience.
Requirements:
-High school diploma
-Able to work in team or independently without supervision and get the task completed correctly
-Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize task completion
-Accuracy counting and attention to detail is key for this position. You must have the ability to be count inventory and focus on small differences between products being shipped
-Prior experience with warehouse environment a huge plus
-Basic math and computer skills
-Must be willing to put your phone away for your entire shift, minus breaks. Not kidding!

Daily task at hand but not limited to:
-Pulling and packing orders
-Help with walk in and phone customers
-Help with special projects
-Receiving new shipments
-Production tasks
-Restocking inventory
-Yard maintenance, sweeping, weeding, upkeep, etc.
-Deliveries
