Fast growing company located in Montecito is looking for an IT Systems Administrator. We are a Montecito-based family office managing venture and public investment portfolios. Competitive salary, performance bonus, profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, LTD, 401(k) with matching, PTO.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm / $75,000-$90,000/year
As the Systems Administrator you will be responsible for supporting, planning, budgeting, researching and recommending products, and scheduling all IT-related projects and resources. The Systems Administrator reports to the Director of Operations and Accounting and has responsibilities covering a broad spectrum of systems and information technology functions. Under limited supervision, manages and coordinates the systems infrastructure, participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and managing the day-to-day systems requirements. Will also provide daily IT troubleshooting support to staff, partners, home offices and family members and handle all hardware and software support for the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, completion of related IT program or equivalent experience
Ability to assist users with various technological skill levels
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Flexibility to provide support when needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and systems procedures
Knowledge of applicable technologies, standards, policies and procedures
