Senior Support Specialist
Position Overview
Senior Support Specialist provide a high level of care and support for our customers. The work with their knowledge of the system and help from the technical team to answer more challenging technical questions. Senior Support Specialists assist Associate Support Specialists in dealing with more difficult support tickets.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming support calls, and tickets
Assisting Associate Support Specialist with technical or specialized ticked
Reaching out to our Partner network for information or solutions
Reviewing our knowledge base and building a strong understanding of the core functionality of our product.
Provide onboarding and initial setup for new warehouse and merchant customers
Ensure that our customers are successful in using our product and happy with the support they receive.
Qualifications
One-year/Two Years customer service experience required
Technically proficient and comfortable with computer systems and technology
Ability to multi-task, utilizing several applications like Customer Service Management systems and research tools.
Must possess good interpersonal skills to represent the Company to customers
Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary
Emotional fortitude for occasional high stress situations and ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Works well in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, be hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible, and effective at resolving issues for our clients
Self-motivated able to work under his/her own initiative
Ability to follow direction and accept coaching
The ability to maintain excellent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedules.
Must pass state, federal and criminal background check
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be at least 18 years of age or older

$18-$20 per hour
