Finish Carpenter - $22-$45 DOE
We are currently hiring Finish Carpenters with 2+ years of experience in a commercial or residential environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Santa Barbara area.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install interior and exterior trim, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentry elements.
-Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and furniture.
-Hang doors, windows, and hardware with precision.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
-Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy.
-Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a finish carpenter in residential or commercial construction.
-Proficiency with hand and power tools.
-Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
-Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
-Reliable transportation and punctuality.
-Certification or training in carpentry or construction safety (preferred).
Compensation:
Competitive starting pay $22 - $45/hr or depending on experience
