Wolfe & Associates, Property Services, a Santa Barbara based property management company, is looking for a full time painter. (Consistent 40 hours per week).
Candidate must have 1 year interior and exterior painting experience as well as a clean DMV, VALID CA driver's license, auto insurance, truck, and tools.
Pre-employment physical including drug screen is required as well as a background check.
