Job SummaryClient prefers candidates with bio/medical industry background (not a must have)Provides materials handling support. Primarily focuses on providing support services lab staff, program delivery, clients and other resources that ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of recovery treatment.Responsible for performing variety of instrument clerical support duties in one or more lab areas. Duties may be related to support of customer field return equipment, support services lab staff, program delivery, clients and other resources that ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of recovery treatment. Essential Job FunctionsTo ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, responsibilities include:Answer all incoming phone calls, direct as necessaryCoordinate parts requests between product linesMaintain department’s repair tracking sheet through ServiceManagerCreate supply requisitions using company Global sourcing application Responsible for maintaining inventory of parts in service center warehouse.Establish inventory controls (Item management in SAP ECC, Min/Max Levels, Cycle Counts, usage reports)Respond to and resolve Parts inquiries through follow up with Service Lab Techs/Engineers and cross-departmentsDeliver parts/materials to various labs. Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50lbs.Perform general office duties such as responding to a variety of routine and non-routine customers inquires; in-house repair orders (IHRO)Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with IHRO customers, 3rd party vendors and other internal department to verify, escalate service orders.Receive and packages instruments from the service lab and maintain information in Service Manager application. QualificationsMay require some higher education or specialized training/certification.2 years administrative experiences and customer relationsExperience with SAP ECC/CRM and ServiceManager platform is a plusApplicants must provide their phone number.
