Job Title: DASO Ad Operations Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA / Remote

Manager Callouts

    • 1-2 years experience working in demand side platform Google Display Video 360 (DV360)

Role:We are seeking a dynamic Ad Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO). The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns utilizing analytics and insights to meet campaign performance goals through a data-driven approach. They have expertise on programmatic display platforms such as DV360 as well as a familiarity with running programs on paid social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Setup, traffick and optimize digital campaigns in Google DV360, CM360, and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Work with internal teams for Campaign/IO Approval and sox compliance
  • Participate in QA workflows with external teams to ensure best practices and compliance on campaign set up including review of placements, bids and rates
  • Work closely with all DSP and ad tech partners as well as ad agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns
  • Perform daily evaluations and optimizations for campaign health, suggest reallocations and ensure full delivery of all campaigns against budget and campaign goals
  • Provide delivery reports to account managers and internal Brand and Campaigns teams
  • Help maintain campaign maintenance reporting and other operational workflows
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues related to campaign assets
  • Help with billing and variance reporting

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of ad operations in digital marketing in programmatic display
  • Strong proficiency in executing and optimizing programmatic display campaigns. Google DV360 and Google Campaign Manager required.
  • Experience executing and optimizing Paid Social programs (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded
  • Technical proficiency in ad technology with a high capacity for problem solving
  • Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting
  • Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies
  • This role is a contract position with the opportunity to convert to full time
