Experience with interactive storytelling

Chatbot design experienceWill you be managing the worker on a day-to-day basis, or will he/she be primarily autonomous in the role? - Regular meeting cadence set with the worker to enable the autonomous function.

What you will do in this role:Bring our Digital Humans to life by sculpting engaging and enjoyable personalities.Develop a deep understanding of customer personas keeping their needs at the forefront of UX design to create highly personalized experiences that drive customer confidence and product engagement.Define and develop the conversational patterns, language, dialogue, and personality of Digital Humans.Iterate, test, prototype interaction experiences to perfect conversation experiences.Work closely with our development team to improve conversational flows and architectures.Refine the voice and tone of our Digital Humans through analysis of current conversation paths. Continuously improve and expand responses.Help shape our Conversation Design process and documentation methods to support the testing and development of conversational content.

What you will need for this role:

Experience working with NLU/NLP systems such as IBM Watson Conversation, Google DialogFlow, api.ai, or Microsoft LUIS.

Experience in UX design, creative writing and/or linguistics.

Excellent copywriting skills. Able to craft concise and digestible copy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Technically competent in creating user flow diagrams. Open to learning new UX / prototyping tools related to interaction and conversation design.Customer-first mentality with a collaborative design approach and positive attitude.Experience working in a start-up (or agile) environment. Familiar with Lean design techniques and Agile product delivery methods.Hands-on work ethic, with the ability to rapidly prototype and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills
