Your Career

The Dir. NetSec Ecosystem role will act as a partner to the NetSec GTM leadership team to help drive projects and strategies across the Ecosystem organization and represent the Ecosystem organization. The successful candidate will create, develop and execute strategic, cross-functional projects.

This role will also be responsible for articulating and communicating the NetSec Ecosystem GTM programs, strategy, initiatives and decisions to key stakeholders within the Speedboat, field channel and cross functional teams. In addition, there will be considerable interaction with Ecosystem partners across all Route To Markets for both planning and execution of GTM programs.

We’re looking for an individual who is highly analytical, organized, execution oriented and possesses both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. This role will partner with several NetSec GTM leaders and their teams, as well as across the leadership team as a whole on initiatives.

This is a strategic role for someone who wants to be at the intersection of Sales, Strategy and Operations.

Your Impact

  • Partner with NetSec GTM leaders on a range of mission critical, highly visible initiatives to grow the NetSec Business

  • Help prepare the leadership team for our strategic decision making based on a deep focus on analytics and insights surrounding both our internal performance data and our competitors-This role will have a heavy focus on gathering insights from the data on a regular basis to help drive our strategic decision-making and will support our QBRs, strategic forums, and major decision meetings with the NetSec Leadership team on a regular basis

  • This role will be a member of the team that drives semi-annual/annual goal setting, alignment on goals for the organization, and institutes the tracking and monitoring needed to ensure we are successful as an organization in achieving these goals

  • Partner with internal constituents including company executives as well as the sales, services, finance, marketing, product, human resources, and analytics teams

  • Support the creation of mission-critical presentations for the VP, Strata Ecosystems and NetSec GTM leads including but not limited to QBRs, Speedboat reviews, All-Hands materials, etc.

  • Recommend and implement new sales programs, enablement, processes, and analytics so we become incrementally better at running our GTM organization and build a high performance culture

  • Drive cross-product activities that span multiple cross-functional organizations-Coordinate and execute decisions and communicate as needed to appropriate constituents to ensure alignment and accountability

  • Conduct competitive analysis in partnership with the Marketing team and understand the competitive GTM landscape and how we can improve our GTM motion

  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Channel Sales to make improvements and accelerate growth

  • Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives

  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and field acceleration (sales enablement tools, process, and programs)

  • Facilitation of deal reviews and inspection of deals and pipeline

  • Support Sales Leaders with analysis and reporting as required

  • Support and drive continuous improvement across sales planning, strategy, processes, and tools

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant GTM work experience
  • Strong experience surrounding data analysis and insights
  • Strong undergrad academic credentials and a history of early career success
  • Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
  • Successful track record of Project or Program Management and comfort independently driving the process for multi-faceted efforts with many stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization
  • Fluency in developing executive ready slides, leading analysis and data-driven insight generation efforts is critical
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
  • Experience in managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgment and diplomacy
  • Ability to work across multiple functions - including Communications, PR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, Legal and Operations
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective Program Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, and drive for results

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $283,400/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
