This is a multidimensional role with a focus broadly and deeply across all areas of Sales forecasting, pipeline, account management, and reporting

Your experience and knowledge of Sales processes and systems will be instrumental in driving our tooling strategy and drive execution of critical initiatives to expand our enterprise sales motions

Your ImpactPrimary thought partner to Sales teams to evaluate system capability requirements, provide consultative guidance on roadmap strategy, and drive engagement through regular cadence business reviews

Lead the team which is comprised of process and systems subject matter experts who can collaborate with business partners to define problems, identify the right tool(s) to address these issues, and design and implement the appropriate systems

Drive stakeholder management to drive alignment /prioritization

Effectively communicate with internal partners on a regular basis regarding progress on projects, performance, and potential business risks

Agile champion and help to lead the implementation and structure of Scrum

Your ExperienceOverall 12 + years of experience in Sales tools experience supporting Enterprise Sales forecasting and account planning driving

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a people manager

Succeeding in this position requires you to be a results-oriented self-starter with demonstrable technical, problem-solving, and people skills

The person should enjoy becoming an authority in multiple areas and have a strong affinity for efficient processes, a well-organized database, and a passion for clean data

You should enjoy the excitement of working in a constantly evolving and growing environment while balancing your technical skills, collaborative cross-team problem solving, and ability to build and lead a team

Expert-level familiarity with Salesforce and its application ecosystem

Familiarity with Sales Planning (Anaplan), sales account planning tools and forecasting tools such as Clari

Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues

Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is an imperative

Proven success in leading and ideally, transforming, technology teams Personal integrity, excellent judgment, and the ability to make difficult decisions quickly

Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and capacity planning in a fast-growth environment
