In this role you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our Product organization, thereby impacting the success of our company at large.You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing Product Enablement team. You will innovate, create, implement, and manage impactful, scalable Product enablement programs. You’ll be empowered to find new ways to elevate the capabilities of our Product leaders and teams, ensuring everyone across our Product organization has the opportunity to do their very best work.This high-profile position relies on a person’s deep understanding of product enablement programs, the skills and capabilities required in Engineering and Product Management, as well as experience in providing innovative product enablement solutions. You will report to the SVP of Product Strategy and Operations.Your ImpactOwn the design and development of onboarding and continuous learning programs for Engineers and Product Managers

Design, develop and maintain role-based training paths for new hire and continuous learning for Engineering, Product Manager, and other Product team roles

Establish strong trusted partnerships with Product Leaders and prioritize request addressing product specific and regional/local needs

Oversee the development and implementation of training strategies, programs, and curriculum for the Product organization that increases employee productivity and performance globally

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & product leaders to develop relevant content, tools and resources to aid skill development & on-the-job learning application

Create product enablement assets that simplify complex subjects into clear, digestible, actionable information

Ensure content remains current & reflects the latest in product, market, and customer information

Promote Product enablement programs via a cadence of effective and engaging communications - for employees, managers and executives

Measure and report on business impact of enablement programs

Gather feedback from product teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Your Experience10+ years experience building and scaling enablement in a fast-growing company

Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple product and regional teams and multiple levels from Manager to Senior VP

Strong project management, prioritization and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large scale projects across the team

Confirmed experience with adult learning principles and techniques to (1) design; (2) develop; (3) deliver; (4) measure and report on success metrics

Direct people management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring others

Tight-knit collaboration and problem solving skills

High energy, charismatic, and innovative with a sense of urgency

Able to move forward and deliver results in changing environments

Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners

Ability to make the complex simple, digestible an actionable

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations/slides

Previous experience with and ability to understand the challenges that the Product and Engineering teams encounter is preferred
